U-Square Referral Program Rules

January / February 2026 Promotion

Referral Rewards

  • Referee (New Tenant): Earns a $100 Visa Gift Card once their lease officially begins.

  • Referrer (Current Tenant): Earns a $300 Visa Gift Card once the referee’s lease officially begins.

Eligibility & Lease Requirements

  1. Referee must sign a full 2026/2027 lease in January or February 2026.

  2. Referee must be a new tenant—previous or current leases do not qualify.

  3. Lease must be fully executed and approved by management.

  4. Cancelled, voided, or early-terminated leases do not qualify.

Referral Submission Rules

  1. Referee must enter the referrer’s correct name and required information at the time of application.

  2. Referrals cannot be added after an application is submitted.

  3. U-Square is not responsible for missing or incorrect referral information.

Referrer Rules

  1. Referrer does not need to have a 2026/2027 lease in place.

  2. Referrer must be at least 18 years old.

  3. If the referrer is a current or former resident, they must be in good standing with no outstanding balances or unresolved violations.

Reward Rules

  1. Gift cards are issued only after the referee’s lease start date.

  2. Lease must remain active and in good standing at the time rewards are issued.

  3. One reward per qualifying lease.

  4. Multiple referrals are allowed if each meets all program requirements.

  5. Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  6. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to rewards.

General Program Rules

  1. Program is valid only for leases signed in January and February 2026.

  2. U-Square reserves the right to verify all referral information.

  3. Fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation will result in disqualification.

  4. U-Square may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.

  5. All decisions by U-Square management are final.

  6. Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local regulations.
