  • Current resident (referrer): $200

  • New resident (referee): $200

How It Works

  • Referral form must be completed prior to the new lease being signed

  • Both parties must list each other on the referral form

  • Referee must sign a new lease and move in to qualify

Payout Details

  • Referral bonuses will be issued as gift cards

  • Paid on the first day of the new resident’s lease

Program Rules & Qualifications

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives

  • Referee must be a new applicant (not a current or past signed leaseholder)

  • Referral must be verifiable and approved by management

  • Only one referral reward per new lease

  • Multiple residents cannot claim the same referral

  • U-Square employees are not eligible to participate

  • Program applies to new leases only (not renewals or transfers)

  • Lease must be in good standing at time of payout (no outstanding balances or violations)
