  • 30 seconds flat. We’re not kidding. U-Square is the closest apartment complex to campus, with the Taylor Center right across the street. (Yep, you’ll sleep closer than other students get to park their cars.)

  • We have assigned parking locations based on seniority. A complimentary parking pass is included with every lease.

  • Great question. Every tenant receives free access to the 24/7 fitness center. Goodbye gym fees!

  • Our first-floor amenity space offers tons of study space, including more than 20 private study rooms and a massive lounge area to cater to everyone’s focus and productivity needs. These are available for resident use 24/7.

  • All bedrooms in our Central building have their own bathroom attached to the bedroom to provide maximum comfort and privacy.

  • Yes, each person living in the apartment is on a separate lease making you only responsible for your portion of the rent.
