Referrer must be a U-Square tenant for both the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 lease terms.
Referee must be a new tenant who has never previously lived at U-Square.
Referral Form:
- The official referral form must be submitted before the referee signs a lease.
- Only one referrer may be listed per referee. No shared or split referrals.
Lease Requirements:
- The referee must sign a full 12-month lease for the 2026/2027 term.
- The referee must successfully move in on their lease start date (August 2026).
- Both parties must be in good financial standing at the time of payout.

Gift cards will be distributed on the referee’s first day of lease occupancy (August 2026).
Rewards are issued as Visa gift cards—no cash alternatives.
Lost or unclaimed gift cards will not be reissued.

Referrals are not retroactive.
U-Square staff, employees, or affiliates are not eligible.
A referee may only be referred once.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a tenant may submit, but rewards apply only to qualified leases.
U-Square reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny fraudulent referrals, or modify/end the program at any time.

Participation in this program indicates acceptance of all rules and policies.
Any disputes regarding qualification or payout will be resolved at U-Square management’s discretion.
