Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
To qualify for the referral incentive, the current tenant (“Referrer”) must hold an active 12-month lease for the same leasing term as the referred new tenant (“Referee”). The Referee must execute a 12-month lease agreement with U-Square, and their application must be received by November 31, 2025.

Upon verification of eligibility, the Referrer (current tenant) will receive a $200 gift card, and the Referee (new tenant) will receive a $50 gift card.

Gift cards will be distributed on or after September 1, 2026.

Both the Referrer and the Referee need to fill this out.

U-Square reserves the right to verify all eligibility criteria and to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
